... unify, but not inside the sovereign state of Israel. Newly married couples may reside together in the disputed territories, or may choose to reside in another country. It is not that Israel prevents people from marrying one another; Israel instead is questioning the demand on the part of newly formed families to move exclusively into Israel. A question that should be asked, if Israel is such a bad place to be, an "apartheid" society as some "grogressive" people would describe our country, why so many Arabs insist on living here and not within their own Arab societies?!
