I have changed countries a number of times and while it is never easy it can be done. I have moved from South Africa to Israel, lived there for 7 years, moved back from Israel to South Africa for 10 years, moved to Canada for 6 years and recently moved to California where I have been for 8 years.
I visit israel frequently as my wife is Israeli, I speak fluent Hebrew and served in the IDF for 3 years.
My advice to any young person wanting to live in Israel would be to get as much education and qualifications as you can be for emoving there. I would also recommend not moving to israel without LOTS of money. Israel is a VERY difficult country to live in compared to ANYWHERE in the western world.
I agree with all the above as to the obstructionist government and civil servants. |
