And it is obvious why: If you annex a certain territory, you either grant full citizenship to its inhabitants - meaning the end of the "Jewish" state -, or create a dual-class society, commonly known as apartheid.
As Israelis accept neither of this, they have to remain in a perpetual state of war, until when finally decreasing support and increasing pressure from outside forces them to retreat.
The illusions of hardcore Zionists won`t change these simple facts. |
