regardless whether he or she is an Arab, a Jew, or someone else. The children of the Jewish settlers in Gaza cannot be held responsible for what their parents did. That people don`t see it is wrong to remove Jews from where they are living, whether you call them "settlers" or whatever, is a testament to the persistent hatred of the Jews in Europe and some segments of America too (see Jimmy Carter). Some Israelis and Jews surely feel, at leat intuitively, that what happened in Gaza was simply wrong; kids were removed from their homes, separated from their friends, and displaced. That is why the government wants to reciprocate a bit by giving them land in the West Bank. The so called settlers are human beings too. They feel a need to live somewhere where the general population is against them.
