Please be aware that Holocaust denial is used as a tool by extreme groups in Europe to justify acts of violence against Jews and other minority groups in Europe including Muslems.
Also, while many European counties have freedom of speech traditions that do not take into account desecration of religions and religous figures (other than those of christianity), in Israel such behaviour is not tolerated. About 10 years ago there was a well publizied case of a young women (an extremist) who was using cartoons to desecrate the Prophet Muhammed and she was imprisoned for this activity!! |
