Before you ride to the rescue of "free speech" maybe you would like to peruse Hitler`s War, by David Irving. In this supposed academic work you will find a curious lack of reference to "Mein Kampf" Hitler`s attitude toward the Jewish people is clearly spelled out. David Irving is guilty of intellectual dishonesty and of crimes of omission, not comission. As a "Historian" he is worthless, as a pawn for Holocaust deniers, priceless. I am sure he would have been greeted with hearty applause by the Tehran conference of Holocaust deniers. A conference organized by a Holocaust denier Ahamadinejad who actually wants the "honor" of exterminating Jews to fall exclusively on him. Maybe Ahamadinejad should read the Megillah. I think there was another Persian who has a similar ambition, once. |
