| You see, we have this little thing called `tolerance` here where we accept and foster differences whether they be racial, cultural, or otherwise. We allow all nationalities to come here and thrive in our booming economy in which they need not fear air-raids, house destructions, or checkpoints manned by other ethnicities. That way, nobody really feels neglected enough to start a terrorist campaign. Sure, we`ve had Fenians, Hindus, Islamists, Protestants, Jews, and all sorts of others do stupid, hateful things in my country`s history, but the overwhelming majority of us find a way to move ahead as a multi-cultural nation rather than destroying all those different from the majority. Too bad Israel doesn`t take notes - she`d stand to gain a lot from the Canadian model. |
