| We have an International Holocaust conference in Teheran, where the obvious intention seems to be the denial or at least playing down of the Shoa and the world is not in uproar ?? Yes, the best friends of Israel (USA, Gemany) have expressed their condemnation, but a gene- ral outcry ?? No big demonstrations in the cities of the world, nothing. One could already witness a similar phenomena during the war in Lebanon last summer, when Israel was allegedly fighting against a "terror" organization, but where the sympathies in Europe were even-handed at best... (Too) many people have become indifferent when it comes to Israels fate. No doubt, the Israeli people are paying a tre- mendous price for Judea and Samaria.... |
