When Israel developed nucelar weapons it didn`t announce that it was doing so in order to eradicate Iran or anyone else, didn`t organize conferences saying that the Crusades and the Reconquest of Spain were a myth, and didn`t have proxies abducting Iranian soldiers and shooting missiles at Iranian civilians.
Iranians are indeed the inheritors of two magnificent civilizations , the Persian and the Muslims, and haver many intellectual and other acheivements to be proud of. I wish they would put their national genius to work at solving the problems of our region rather than threatening to exerminate us which, among other things, would do nothing to relieve the poverty and other social problems plaguing so much of the Middle East. |
