He said the proposal covers a unity government, passage of a UN-proposed international tribunal to try suspects in last year`s killing of former Prime Minister Rafik al-Hariri, early presidential and parliamentary elections.
Imagine the arab league opting to do it the UN way. What this means is that any resolution that comes from the UN will be ignored, just as resolution 1701 has been fully ignored by the lebanese government and Hizbullah and them foreign troops there to protect the northern border of ISrael.
