| It is refreshing to have another voice in America to counter the incessant Israeli propaganda. It is laughable that some people claim that there is no such propaganda machine. There are a number of well funded groups whose main business it is to promote this propaganda. AIPAC and ADL are the first of many that come to mind. They will target any source of objective information that does not conform to the Israeli line. Unfortunately for them, Carter is not subject to the normal pressure they can bring to bear. Their normal tools consist of legal harrasment, financial harrasment, public smears, and disinformation. In spite of his poor performance as a president Carter has had an impressive second career as a champion of human rights and a supporter of homeless disenfranchised people. |
