Yeah, right. Money, it is ours and US tax payer`s money you spend. And all the nice toys (i.e. German submarines for free, US fighter planes, french/German missiles)you get almost for free from us because of some lobbyists in the western governments.
The world has watched your behavior on USS Liberty and recently your killing of UN forces in Lebanon. The shooting at the Germen vessel in international water just shows that you are still the same as always have been.
