When American forces kill civilians in avoidable incidents, the Americans throw large bundles of cash at the problem and it soon goes away. Israel should do the same here. If Israel argues that the Palestinians are at fault for living in a war zone that would provoke an interesting response world wide. This is a problem that Israel needs to kiss and make better as soon as possible.
