For example. Beit Hanun families hired a lawyer to sue in the Israeli court those who pressed the button or commanded the artillery firing at that time, or the top IDF commanders (this seemed to be the latest stupid tactics of Palestininas. They launched the intifada in 2000. They are loosing it badly with over 2000 of their civilians killed and then turn around and sue. Its like a son kiling his parents and then asking the courts to stop the murder case aginst them claiming that they are orphaned vicitim.Israel has no legal control over Gaza after last years departure.So the lawsuit by Beit Hanun family is frivolous.Sderot municiplality shoud launch a "class action against PA and the terror groupsin the same court.One-it will suspend the Beit Hanoun lawsuitif the lawsuit continues both lawsuits go on.lawyers will ask and receive a suspension of any PA funds.Same should be launched in NZ against PA! |
