| Pope Pius XII was frightned to death of Hitler. He believed that Hitler was possessed by demons and carried out what is described as a "long distance" exorcism, which failed. The fact that he did it from a safe distance and then kept it a secret speaks volumes about him. The Pope, to put it simply, was not a very brave individual. Other Popes have been very agressive and forceful and others, to put it bluntly, have been wimpish. I do not believe that Pope Pius XII was Hitler`s accomplice, I think he was was like the school nerd whose knees shake when a bully is near. |
