The Rambam explicitly says there is no negative prohibition in the Tora against male masturbation - "spilling seed". There is no serious prohibition.
Besides, two men "spilling seed" in each other`s company is different from "masturbation" because the couple uses their sexuality to unite in emotional intimacy. Sexuality is one of the most significant qualities of being human. The human need for sexual intimacy and coupling is extreme. It isnt "good" for a human to be alone. It is evil to deny a gay man a suitable mate.
All humans have a right to companionship, including innocent gay women and men. |
