I think all our allies understand that they should take Bush`s thoughts on foreign policy (if he has any) with a grain of salt. Secretary Rice failed to include a fourth reason why we won`t bomb Iran--OIL. Bush is a discredited fool. He must be taking antidepression drugs. How else could a person with a healthy conscience, who has made such a mess of everthing, possibly act as if nothing is wrong.
