If its true that cluster bombs were used country to his orders then it shows that he has lost control and must go .. how can a war last so long, cluster bombs used and the chief of staff doesnt know about it and if he does know its going on and he was against it then why didnt he speak up during the fighting when the bombs were bring dropped.
he man needs to stop looking for excuses to hold onto his job and resign which is what the majority of Israelis want from him.
If cluster bombs were used against his orders then the whole IDF needs refrom from the bottom up better training for officers and oridinary soilders, more discipline, better equiment and alot of general investment.
There is to much politcs in the IDF now and that must change, the government must also stop using the millitary budget as the place to go to everytime they want some money to finance a more high profile project for over a decade now the IDF has had to little investment and its starting to show. |
