By directly attacking civilians in Sderot the Arabs in Gaza have committed War crimes under international law. This is very clear. While regretable, the collateral damage of Arab civilians who died in Gaza by the shells are not, under international law. It is the terrorists in Gaza who caused the problem. It is them that other Arabs in Gaza should be angry with.
