Unfortunately, an errant Israeli shell, in response to Qassam rocket fire from civilian areas, unintentionally killed 20 Palestinian civilians. Other than the victims and their families, no one feels worse than the entire State of Israel. That is why Israel offered its medical services to help the injured. But, I don`t understand something: how can an unintentional act be considered a war crime; and the act of a suicide bomber, intentionally targeting civilians, not be considered a war crime?
Is a double standard being applied to Israel?
