Since when has the US developed the courtesy of asking countries for their permission to spy on them by satellites? This is absurd. Israel already has 2 of its own satellites circling above in addition to all the data that it gets from its American ally.

The other absurdity in the article is how the Israeli overflights (over the last 6 years) had helped it in the last war. The only thing they learned from them, from what we saw, was the the precious intelligence gathered was used to blow up the 160 bridges in Lebanon. They could have gotten that information on those simply by buying a $10 tourist map of Lebanon from any bookstore.
