The EU is a bit fussy about human rights. Israel would be dragged endlessly before the European Court of Human Rights for its theft and its murders. And of course its apartheid system wouldn`t be acceptable for a moment. When Israel ceases to be a pariah state and behaves like the national equivalent of a mensch, perhaps then.
