| I have always believed, and I still believe, that Italy will be the country to bring a new Renaissance to Europe, as well as be the friendliest country in Europe toward Israel. I do not believe that it is in Israel`s interests for the moment to join the EU. And anyway, as long as the mentality in Brussels is dominated by `Barbari Transalpini` Israel will never be allowed anywhere near the EU. |
