Well said! You are not wrong at all. It is clear that stabilisation in a country is important to the growth of confidence. Israelis that believe all arabs are after them jumped to this conclusion due to xenophobia and fear of losing control over jewish affairs or by jumping to conclusion that because most arab countries leave under strickter regulations than ours it is obvious they need to be reined with power. It is wrong. most arabs countries are either ruled by minorities or regimes that cling to power no matter what or openly elected govt that try to mend a torn war zone with a large ethnic fabric with out hitting the bush. This is why Hizbulla is not dealt with or joined the govt. This is also why Ben Gurion merged all the terror organisations and the brigades under the IDF flag. The fact that at the time there were all jewish clearly helped it happen. But if some were not, would it succeed? |
