| Well, I just had finished to read that decision, young talents, Otto Schily as Green MP against the gouvernement, and the tax secret, when I heard the news. It is one of the more important de3cisions becausde it describes the relations of parliament and gouvernement. The tax secret is important and so is the freedom of the gouvernement to act in secrecy, but the parlament is important too etcpp. Wouldnt call it watergate, nobody really did anything illegal, there were no thieves etc, it was just a big question whether the tax ruling was justified. That there was much money involved does not make the question much different and it has nothing to do with his father. |
