| Apparently not, because it does not say this money is additional AID. It says it is funding for the DoD to work on projects, which happens to include Israel in its R&D. Do you know that Germany, France, and the UK are ALSO part of the R&D weapons budget? They are also partners with the US in the space program. Perhaps some of you hate-mongers could actually comment on the story at hand and not just build up your own as you tend to do for the world media. |
