| The story actually began with the Hezbollah infiltration, break-in and theft from the ammo/weapons bunker at Kibbutz Shomera. (reported by DEBKA) -- the IDF was in hot pursuit of the thieves back across the border into Marwaheen, and the UNIFIL came along and told the IDF to "go home" ---- the Kibbutz weapons storehouse was said to contain side-arms (handguns), anti-tank weapons, LAW rockets and hundreds of combat grenades. This bit of crucial information was missing from the Ha`Aretz story. |
