Well Margie in Tel Aviv, I haven`t met such a thing as a "smart" Israeli who was headhunted in the US or Europe.. sorry. Jews.. yes.. European Jews go to the US.. they are smart.. but with the education the Israelis get here in this country.. there won`t be such a thing as smart.. they just think.. that the US and other countries are waiting for them to kiss their a$$es... well they don`t.

And.. Alan, you are sooo right. I live in Israel for over 8 years now and I still hate the way people treat others. I worked in a lot of different jobs back in Switzerland, but here.. they have no idea how to behave. Somehow it seems, I, the customer, have to say "thank you for letting me buy something and spend money here". That is not the way it should be. I feel most of the time, that getting a smile costs extra. Or how do you expect the service for example in a bank can be, if all they have to do is a 2 months course and thats it. In Switzerland you learn 3 year to work in a bank.
