If you were expecting a smaller version of Canada I could have saved you the trip. Yes, there are many things in Israel that need improvements, and this is happening all the time. It is a Middle Eastern country after all, albeit with the winning combination of the best of Mediterranean and European elements. Perhaps you were looking for the wrong things, but to judge a way of life looking in from the outside after only one month is a bit pretentious, wouldn`t you say?
By the way - spent some time in New York this summer - customer service there could earn a few things from Israel.
