| I have gone to Alexandria many times and tried to gain entry to the Shul on Shabbat,to no avail. The guards outside are ordered to send away anybody who turns up. The same goes for Shaar Hashamayim in down down Cairo I once managed to get hold of Ms Weinstein on the phone and tried to get information from her regarding praying in the Shaar Shamayim Shul with little success. She was very curt and had no time for me. Does anybody know how to gain access? |
