What do you expect the Palestinians to do, over 90% live on the poverty line, secularism does not exist. Most turn to religion for salvation, churches aren`t being burnt world-wide. They are being burnt in the West Bank. Unfortunate it maybe, but the Pope should really think about what he says. I am sure if the Jews lived a life of poverty and was at war constantly, being bombed and had only religion, they would act the same. Throughout history, every european country has acted the same, we have even killed our own kings over religion. So at least the Palestinian response is a minor one (so far no christians have been killed). Have a good think..
