| The middle ages were the childhood of humanity. Christianity and Judaism were stuck in a mystical ignorance. The theology replaced history, facts, intelligence, and the clerics dispensed absolute advice, leading to mutual unacceptance. The ordinary people put up a fight and tried to live a normal life. There were positive interactions, but also violence. The nice times have started with the Enlightenment. Unfortunately the church/synagogue dogmas were kept alive, and anti-semitism has not died. Let us simply stop the childish accusations, and create a new bridge for ordinary Polish and Jewish people to live in peace, in the presence. |
