The important thing about these Hamas politcos for Israel is not that they were elected by ther depraved and morally bankrupt palestinian society (now financially bankrupt as well) ,but that they represent a party whose convenant is an unequivicol declaration of war with the Zionist Entity. No recognition just jihad. That position is enforced time and time again by Hamas spokesmen ( I almost wrote "spokespeople" but we know only men will speak for Hamas as they proudly support Islamic misogyny ).
So, the simple solution is for the Knesset to declare that as Hamas is in a state of war with Israel, then Israel hereby is in a state of war with Hamas ( you can add hizbollah to that as well).
No more legal niceities or problems - just enforcement. |
