| It seems even IDF courts have a need for evidence before they are willing to convict anybody, just like the US military. Someday the politicians will realize that they can`t just order courts to become Kangaroo courts for political reasons. It appears that some military lawyers and judges still believe in the rule of law concept. Surprising, huh? |
