What israel is doing is digging its own grave by arresting these legislators. No respect for democracy here! Sitting on the high moral fence, its shame what Israel has done to the Palestenians.
I would say the judge needs comendation for such a brave political act for releasing them, which was illegal.
You can`t kidnap palestenians or their democractically elected legislators for the release of Shalit. Look Ohed Olmert went to war with Lebanon to get 2-of its soldiers released. Did he achieve the aim? With $5Bn dollar of collateral damage of Lebanon the aims of war remain a dream.
Only politcal dialogue based on LIVE & Let Live will solve this problem. By now it should have been understood by all mighty and high of the establishment that high tecnology and deterrent carry little value.
