Israel, with all its military capability could have wiped out Lebanon in a week, if they were not really trying to hit only Hezbollah targets.
What is really pathetic is that CNN or BBC would ask why Israel has failed to defeat Hezbollah? but then, the minute civilians are hurt, they are ready to report it as "brutal attack". I truly believe they are doing the best they can.
Hezbollah is mixed with civilians? sure they are. Has any one asked if the rockets send by Hezbollah were directed to IDF targets ONLY? Have you asked that your self Roger?
Of course we are dealing with a country and a legitimate government vs. a guerrilla ... therefore ... we assume the guerrilla does not have to follow any conventions of rules ... so lets focus on criticizing and attacking the country. |
