World's best pianists in Israel for Rubinstein competition

Employees from a very lucky hotel in Tel Aviv have had the privilege for the last three weeks of listening to private recitals from some of the best pianists in the world.

Thirty-eight competitors from 20 countries are in Israel for the 12th Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition, which kicked off this week and will last until the end of the month.

But the thrill of being in a foreign country, for most of the competitors, plays second fiddle to the determination with which they practice ahead of their recitals.
