Issam Abd al-Hamid, 23, and Amin Fahah, 22, allegedly killed Hussam abu-Rabiyah in a brawl and are being charged with manslaughter and aggravated assault.

Senior Galilee police officer Shmuel Boker said the suspects arrived at the beach near Rosh Hanikra where the victim was staying with friends and entered an argument with his brother.
