Two killed in crime-related shootings in Be'er Sheva, Ashdod

Two people were killed early Sunday in separate crime-related shootings in Be'er Sheva and Ashdod.
Unknown assailants in Be'er Sheva opened fire on Roey Tshuva, killing the 25-year-old in the city's Nahal Ashan neighborhood.
Police set up roadblocks in the area in order to catch the gunmen, who are suspected to have shot at Tshuva from a moving vehicle.
They said Tshuva was suspected of criminal activity and the circumstances of his death are under investigation.
A few hours later, Nadav Weisman, 26, was shot dead in the coastal city of Ashdod. Police said Weisman was also suspected of ties to criminal organizations.
