Motorcyclist killed in crash on Highway 77 in the Lower Galilee

A motorcyclist, 53, was killed on Saturday in a traffic accident on Highway 77 in the Lower Galilee.
The motorcyclist was driving in a westbound lane when for unknown reasons he lost control of his motorcycle, crashed into a lane divider and flipped over.
Paramedics evacuated the man in critical condition to Haemek Hospital in Afula, where he died shortly thereafter.
Police have opened an investigation into the accident.
