Rescuers recover body of two-year-old girl missing in Upper Galilee

Rescue workers on Saturday recovered the body of a two-year-old girl who disappeared Friday at the Banyas River nature reserve in the Upper Galilee.
The girl's body was pulled out of the river, after she apparently drowned.
Large search teams consisting of police officers and rescue professionals conducted wide searches for the missing toddler, including divers, who searched the river.
The child went missing Friday morning during a family outing with her parents and three siblings.
Earlier, the body of a 60-year-old woman was found near Beit Yanai beach in the Sharon region. Police believe that the woman drowned and washed up on the shore. An emergency medical team pronounced her dead on the scene.
