6-year-old boy dies in Be'er Sheva apartment block blazeBy Mijal Grinberg, Haaretz Correspondent A 6-year-old boy died Wednesday from smoke inhalation sustained during a fire that broke out in his apartment building in Be'er Sheva. Two other people were injured in the fire, and evacuated for medical assistance. The fire broke out on the third floor of the building on Maskin Street. The boy was initially trapped on the floor, but was quickly rescued and taken to Soroka Medical Center in critical condition, where he died shortly after arrival. The cause of the blaze is still unknown. |
