Once again we have accepted the onerous burden of tasting samples of the filled pastry known in these parts as ozney haman offered by some local cafes and bakeries. my friends tell me that in the town of ain zhalta in lebanon there was this resturant at a place called the barouk palace that served amazing sweets for dessert-it also had a view of the area and walks up the mountain with good views of the area
