Use a mild-flavor olive oil, such as Leccino (from the Leccino olives from Tuscany), or try your favorite. The use of olive oil instead of the classic butter in polenta cakes makes this cake parve.

For years and years I have been coming to this site to get my news about Israel. However, you have decided to charge me to view it. Despite the fact that you get ad revenue. You have every right to charge however and whatever you want for you content. Just as I have every right to get my Israeli news from other free sources on the web. Despite all this Haaretz I would like to thank all involved for giving me the news and comfort from Israel for all this long time.
