Weaving with plants
By Rachel TalshirCourses and workshops on ecology and sustainability will be held in the coming months in the old dairyshed in Moshav Ometz, in the Emek Hefer region. The emphasis will be on using local materials, collecting materials from nature without harming it and using discarded materials. The workshops include cooking in an outdoor oven, collecting wild plants, traditional handicrafts, ecological gardening, recycling and art and weaving using plant material.
