Here's a look at some of the television highlights to look out for tonight:

1. Veep Yes Oh, 9:30 P.M. Julia Louis-Dreyfus' new, funny and attractive sitcom about a horribly ambitious, but not very intelligent, American vice president and her equally ambitious staff. This evening the second episode features the vice president, Selina (Louis-Dreyfus ), getting some good news and taking advantage of the president's absence by meeting with voters and working on a reform.

2. Fawlty Towers BBC Entertainment, 9:30 P.M. An invitation to see if John Cleese's impatient Basil and his domineering wife Sybil, and the series as a whole, stand the test of time.

3. Transgender Children Channel 8, 10 P.M. A documentary film about parents who founded an Internet community that allows transgenders to identify with the sex to which they feel they belong, and not the sex into which they were born.

4. Young Doctors Yes Docu, 10 P.M. A series following the work and home lives of medical residents at a hospital in Newcastle, England. The fourth episode will be broadcast tonight.

5. Girls Yes Oh, 10:30 P.M. A rebroadcast of the second episode of Lena Dunham's new series, which is already dealing with one of the most explosive issues on American television - abortion.

6. Louie Yes Oh, 10:30 P.M. A rebroadcast of the series that is more creative, smarter and funnier than the original. In this evening's episode, Louie decides that instead of sinking into depression the way he does every time he is left without his daughters, this time he will do something else. Like a adopt a dog, for example.

7. House HOT 3, 10:40 P.M. As the end of this series draws near, House and his team treat a 35-year-old man who cries tears of blood.

8. Blue Bloods HOT-Zone, 10:45 P.M. In tonight's episode of this police series, the leader of a drug gang who is arrested on suspicion of murder threatens Danny, who witnessed the incident. Danny scorns the threats and wants to testify in court.

9. The Charlie Sheen Roast HOT Comedy Central, 11 P.M. A rerun of a special episode in which some of the best comedians out there perform at the expense of Sheen.

10. Sherlock HOT and Yes VOD. This show features the adventures of the great detective, with Dr. Watson at his side, but in the 21st century and using a lot of today's gadgetry.
