What's happening to Arkia, Israel's second-biggest airline? While the entire global aviation industry is in difficulty because of the global economic crisis and high fuel costs, Arkia seems to have unique problems of its own. Its workers may own 30% of the airline but feel left out of the decision-making process, and claim the majority owners are making self-serving decisions.

My experience with the Nakash family is they do what they want. There is no negotiations or very limited. They are purely arrogant. If you can ground there planes maybe they will listen. maybe?
