Rivals foil Red Bull's charge in Israel
It used to dominate the Israeli energy drink market, one of the world's biggest. Then cheaper competitors swooped in and stole its mojo.
Has Red Bull lost its charge? Red Bull Israel is reducing its activity here, apparently closing its marketing and sales department. According to industry officials, the company has laid off all but two of its workers who will deal with distribution, which is Red Bull’s model in countries where consumption is low.
