Partner Communications has fired a group of its employees in Jerusalem and shut down the branches where they worked, in a bid to quash their attempts to unionize, according to a collective action lawsuit filed in the Jerusalem regional labor court on Monday.
Partner alleged to have fired staff to stop union
The 19 former employees had tried to organize through the Koach La'Ovdim labor federation over a period of two years, until the company announced it was closing the service centers last December.
