The Israel Corporation's controlling shareholder, Idan Ofer, has pledged NIS 600 million worth of his stock to cover a NIS 300 million loan from the Phoenix group, TheMarker has learned.
Ofer pledges Israel Corp. stock for debt
The move caps a series of pledges Ofer has made, bringing the total value of shares in the holding company that he has put up as collateral on loans to NIS 1.2 billion.
